Closepermits.com is owned and operated by SL Builders & Associates, LLC. Owner Samuel Lee, is a Florida licensed certified general contractor. Sam Lee received his construction engineering degree from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University (FAMU). After working for one of the nation’s largest general contracting firms, he decided to branch out and start his own Orlando, Florida general contractor business, SL Builders & Associates, LLC.

Sam Lee’s goal is to create a construction business that is dedicated to helping his clients by educating and consulting them through the construction process.

The goal of Closepermits.com is to assist clients with expired permits, code violations, construction without a permit and illegal structure issues so that they can get their home or business up to code.

As a certified general contracting firm, we have the ability to handle any scope of work for a construction project. We are able to provide our clients with consulting services to handle permitting and code violation issues and are also able to perform engineering and construction services.
